SIBER water blocking tapes are available not only semi-conductive but also non-conductive,PET laminated versions to suit diverse cable applications.

Specification of Non-Conductive Water Blocking Tape

Application: Be used for cushion and water blocking inside metal jacket of super high voltage power cable.

It has low surface resistance, low volume resistance, high tensile strength, good temperature resistance and good anti-adhesive.

With the advantages:semi-conductive black carbon doesn’t fade and take off easily, good semi-conductive performance, cushion elasticity durability, especially the surface bonding of water absorbent powder with semi-conductive non-woven fabric is very strong, water swelling performance is excellent.
